Great interest in Ultrasonic safety
For the first time, Mayser was at the leading trade fair for the automation industry in Italy together with Italian representative Ssitac. Numerous visitors and manufacturers got information about Mayser solutions for the safety technology at the trade fair booth.
Since its launch in 2011, "sps ipc drives" in Parma has been considered to be the leading trade fair for the automation industry in Italy. It is a meeting point for OEMs and companies from different sectors and enjoys constantly growing exhibitor and visitor figures.
The focal point of the Ssitac and Mayser trade fair booth was Ultrasonic safety, which attracted great interest especially from manufacturers of automated guided vehicle systems (AGVS), high rack warehouse systems and woodworking machines. Numerous consulting and presentation appointments with leading companies all over Europe were scheduled during the trade fair already.
Safety products like safety mats, safety edges, miniature safety edges and safety bumpers were also presented at the booth. Definite solutions could already be discussed with manufacturers of lifts and movable furniture as well as companies from the gate industry. Especially safety edges and miniature safety edges are suitable for many safety-relevant solutions which will be required because of the increasing automation in these industries.
