At the world's leading trade fair for roller shutters, doors and sun protection systems, Mayser, as an expert in safety technology, will be presenting innovative concepts for securing automatic closing functions.
Depending on the installation situation and use, automatically controlled doors, gates or windows pose a risk of accidents resulting in personal injury or material damage. Mayser counters the risk of entrapment during the closing process with many years of experience in the field of tactile sensor technology.
Specialising in the development and production of both standardised and customised profile shapes and materials specifically for the industry, Mayser presents the versatile SP sensor profile series, among others. The sensor profiles fulfil current standards such as EN 12978, ISO 13849-1 and ISO 13856-2 and can also be assembled directly on the door in a few simple steps using an intelligent connector system. The standard IP67 protection class can also be increased to IP68 for higher requirements using a ring assembly, with cold resistance down to -25°C. As a perfect addition, Mayser radio or spiral cable systems transmit signals triggered by the safety edge quickly and directly to the door control unit.
The Perimeter Protection Group, whose focus is on products and systems in the field of perimeter protection, also relies on components from Mayser to secure locking processes. At our booth 10B48, the experts from both companies will demonstrate how control and security technology can be optimally integrated.
Do you have any questions about a customised security concept? Our technical advisors look forward to discussing an optimal solution for you during your visit at the trade fair.
