A new and modern environment for innovative ideas
The first approach for the renovation were the – because of the constant growth of the company – additionally required areas for warehouse, production and administration. The creation of additional office rooms for quality assurance was another priority. And the energy balance was also to be improved. New façades, roofs and windows as well as a new heating system were thus indispensable. In addition, energy conservation LED lighting in the production halls were purchased to improve light conditions even more. A six-figure sum went into the machine park for replacement and replenishment. Not only the industrial safety was optimised, new paint and paintings gave rooms and hallways a friendly overall look. This is also shown with new flags in front of the building which welcome visitors of the main location of the Mayser group and demonstrate the presence and ties of Mayser with Lindenberg.
Cooperation with regional partners
Mayser places importance on the cooperation with partners from the region when commissioning craft enterprises. In addition to regional painting, carpentry and joiner businesses and a tinsmith, a local partner was also selected for landscape design. “We are happy to be in Lindenberg and it is therefore natural for us to strengthen the location and integrate regional businesses in the renovation,” Manfred Jordan explained.
